MILAN, 18 JAN – Air France-KLM has informed the Italian government that it will not participate in the tender for the acquisition of a shareholding in Ita. The media reported it quoting an Air France KLM spokesman. Air France-KLM will continue to monitor ITA’s privatization process closely and reiterated its “strong” interest in maintaining its commercial relationship with the Italian airline. (HANDLE).
