Actor Eddie Murphy will reprise the role of Axel Foley in Hollywood Detective 4 and reveals that filming was very hard.
In the 80s and 90s, Eddie Murphy he was one of the big stars of action and comedy and now he is coming back with some of his best characters like Axel Foley of Super detective and Hollywood y Akeem of The Prince of Zamunda. But many years have passed since he played the chaotic policeman, which is why filming the new installment has been so difficult for him.
This is how he reveals himself Eddie Murphy in an interview with ET.
“It’s emotional because, like I said, I was 61 years old and I was doing action scenes. You would see my heart beating through my chest. There were many times where I felt like I was going to die on set. I know some actors do those kinds of stunts and stuff. Before making the movie, I said to Jerry Bruckheimer: Listen, I’m 61 years old. Don’t ask me to do things you wouldn’t ask Morgan Freeman to do.”
“He said: Oh, we’ll have the guy come in, stuntman. And I said: It’s okay. But then there were some things you had to do. So I found myself jumping, running and rolling. And it was a lot!”
What will Super Detective in Hollywood 4 be about?
For now, we don’t have much history data, but Eddie Murphy will play a veteran Axel Foley. He will probably have to travel from New York to Hollywood again to save a difficult situation.

For now, there is no release date for Super detective and Hollywood 4but it will come to the streaming platform Netflix it is 2023.
