The draw for the final round of the Nations League will take place at the headquarters of the European football association UEFA in Nyon at 11 a.m. The decisive phase of the country tournament will be held in the Netherlands in June. The Dutch national team is of course in the tube as a host country; Italy, Croatia and Spain are the other three participants.
The Nations League will be the first big test for Ronald Koeman, who has returned as national coach. He can take revenge in his own country for the lost final of the Nations League in 2019 against Portugal.
The draw determines the division of the semi-finals. The first will be played on June 14 in the Rotterdam Kuip, the second a day later in the Grolsch Veste in Enschede. The losers will play in Enschede on June 18 for the third place match. The winners will play the final in De Kuip later that day.
The Orange qualified undefeated as group winner for the so-called Final Four. Last year, under national coach Louis van Gaal, the team won twice against Belgium, twice against Wales and once against Poland. The only draw was against the Poles. The last edition of the Nations League was won in 2021 by France, who defeated Spain 2-1.
