Mods are great for expanding a game’s content and adding other new features that enhance the experience. However, there are some who just want to watch the world burn. In this group we find a mod for Fallout 4 that literally makes it impossible to finish the game.
Fallout 4 is clearly a post-apocalyptic science fiction story, so there are many events in the main story that are too far removed from what would actually happen in real life. However, what if the mythical intro scene was made as realistic as possible?

To resolve this question, the user UnrealSeptim arrived, who created a realistic mod for the Bethesda video game. Reading this, you might think that such a mod makes surviving in the post-apocalyptic world more difficult due to lack of resources or taking more damage from enemies. Nothing is further from reality.

Fallout 4 lasts a few minutes thanks to this fun “realistic” mod
What happens is that the mod, which you can download for free on this page, “fixes” the intro scene of Fallout 4 and causes the protagonist to die along with his family when the nuclear bombs fall. At the end of the day, a nuclear explosion would devastate everything around them and it seems unlikely that a simple underground vault would serve as a refuge, right?
“Are we really expected to believe that our character entered the vault at the exact same time the bomb was dropped? And are we also supposed to believe that just being a few feet underground would keep our character completely safe? And the resulting shock wave? No. Nuclear bombs don’t work that way,” reads the description.

It is clear that this mod is a joke, as it literally causes the game to end in the first few minutes. However, it can be great for trolling your friends. In fact, it is just what its author recommends. And there is nothing to worry about, since it only works in a new game.
“For best results, send this mod to your friends without telling them what it does. Voice chat and/or a live stream of the game is recommended for the best experience,” UnrealSeptim teased in the description.
