Disposal of advertising branch Talpa does not yet complete merger with RTL

Media companies RTL Nederland and Talpa Network want to divest the advertising sales of the Talpa channels to newspaper publisher Mediahuis Nederland. With this, they hope to get the green light from cartel watchdog ACM for their fervently desired merger. But is that proposal enough? “It is certainly not a race,” warns ACM.
