Even so, this will be possible because between DAZN and Amazon A global alliance has been signed with Prime Video to distribute its sports streaming service through the channels of the Amazon platform.
Agreement between DAZN and Amazon Prime Video
This new alliance, which will surprise many, wants to offer Prime Video customers access to the great selection of DAZN sports content live and on demand. However, as we have been warning, it will not be free or, rather, it is not included in the normal Amazon Prime. In order to enjoy each of the streaming sports on DAZN, it will be necessary pay an additional monthly fee.
This streaming service arrives today in Spain and Germany. Therefore, all Prime members in Spain will be able to add DAZN to your subscription for 29.99 euros per month. What does this sports platform package include? It comes with the 5 LaLiga Santander matches per day, the English Premier League and Formula 1, MotoGP, as well as many other sports that you can follow on its service live or on demand. In any case, from now on, there will be a new way to access all the sports content on this platform which, according to the CEO of DAZN, enriches ‘the digital experience for our customers’.
At the moment, one of the first countries to benefit from this union between both platforms is Spain, in addition to Germany. Although, the idea of both is that access to the DAZN service through the Prime Video channels reach more countries throughout this year. In addition, they have set Japan as the next objective to extend this new global alliance.
Therefore, DAZN, from today, will be part of the long list of Prime Video channels that, in Spain, includes LaLiga SmartBank, FlixOlé, MGM, AContra+, Noggin, Hayu, PLANET HORROR, MUBI, Acorn TV, Qello Concerts, OUTtv, TV Cortos, Stingray Karaoke, DJAZZ, Mezzo, Hopster Learning, Vaughanplay.tv, Stingray Classica, Dizi or Pash, among others . And keep in mind that Prime customers can only pay for those channels they want and cancel the subscription at any time without any commitment.
