Bankruptcy that was rejected in the first instance by the Civil Court who indicated that the company has the necessary money to be able to pay its debts, a resolution that did not stop Microplay who filed an appeal for reinstatement before the court, insisting on bankruptcy.

But unfortunately for the owners of this company, the 11th Civil Court rejected the bankruptcy for the second time, rejecting the arguments provided by Microplay, who indicated that the company’s assets amount to $3,693,916,277, while the liabilities amount to sum of $5,704,217,481, which would not allow them to pay the salaries of their 177 workers.
This is how the Court assured that “the arguments put forward in the reinstatement fail to distort what was already reasoned and provided by the court in the appealed resolution”, once again rejecting the bankruptcy application.
Now all that remains is to wait for Microplay’s response and also what will happen to its workers who are not receiving their salaries and are also unable to collect unemployment insurance.
