Confindustria against the differentiated autonomy of the League, Meloni thanks: the analysis
Charles Bonomileader of Confindustria, has so far had a bumpy ride with the centre-right government due to those strange contradictions of history for which his real enemy should be the “left”, but now that in the world nothing is understood anymore it is instead the “right” . after all theabolition of article 18 of the Workers’ Statute – a bulwark of the left – he did Matthew Renzi then secretary of the Democratic Party, after they had tried in vain for decades Berlusconi and Confindustria itself.
It is called heterogenesis of ends or also “minding one’s business”. The broadside against theBonomi autonomy he fired it yesterday, but it’s not the first and probably won’t be the last either. And so in Venice, in Piazza San Marco, in the final speech of the conference “Transition and development: the future of the EU and the Regions” bludgeoned the government or at least the League:
“Autonomy must not be a dividing theme for the country. I believe that some reflections can be made but autonomy must not be a theme of division of the country, we cannot afford it. This country has urgent problems to deal with. The long wait for the reforms, moreover, has changed the world compared to when the Constitution provided for autonomy on 23 matters. Today we need to use intellectual honesty and ask ourselves whether, on issues such as ports, airports, energy production and transport, it makes sense to hypothesize territorial micro-managements or rather entrust them to a higher level”.
