The location changes – indeed, a location is added – but not the substance. After the cases brought before the Courts of Luxembourg and New York, here comes the one in Milan. Parties involved: the Elliott fund, former owner of AC Milan, and Blue Skye, a Luxembourg company which was a minority shareholder of Elliott’s AC Milan and which has turned to the various courts with a complaint on alleged irregularities (in terms of transparency) in the scope of the corporate sale from Elliott to RedBird.
