Fifteen Armenian soldiers died on Thursday in a fire that broke out in an army barracks in Azat, a very small municipality in eastern Armenia, in the province of Gegharkunik. The Armenian Defense Minister said three other soldiers were wounded and in serious condition. Inside the barracks were units of engineer soldiers and snipers. The fire broke out around 1:30 in the night (when it was 4:30 in Italy) and at the moment it is not clear what caused it.
