EREVAN, 19 JAN – At least 15 people have lost their lives, and three are in serious condition, following a fire that broke out in a military barracks in Armenia. The Ministry of Defense gives the news. “According to the first information – says the minister in a note – fifteen soldiers died due to the fire that broke out in the barracks that house a military unit of engineers and snipers … the conditions of three other soldiers are assessed as serious”.
