Too much snow on the track and mild temperatures: Saturday’s race canceled, doubles the super-G
Change the schedule for the Women’s Ski World Cup weekend in St. Anton, Austria. Instead of one downhill and one super-G, there will be two super-Gs. Even the downhill time trial scheduled today was canceled due to the snowfall of the last few nights: in the upper part the snow is too soft and the high temperatures did not allow the slope to be prepared within the safety limits.

The race cannot be held without a downhill time trial, so the International Federation has replaced the race scheduled for tomorrow with another super-G.
The two speed classifications see two Italians in the lead: Sofia Goggia wears the red bib for the downhill (380 points against the 218 of the Swiss Corinne Suter). Elena Curtoni is at the top of the super-G standings: 120 points against 116 for Suter.
