MILAN, 28 JAN – Six judicial measures against the owner of a nursery school and 5 teachers were issued by the Court of Milan due to the alleged coercive and violent methods exercised in the structure, which is located in the Milan area. The investigations arose from the reports of some interns. Tugs, slaps, pushes and punitive methods would have been ascertained by the carabinieri of Legnano, leading to the precautionary measure of the daily obligation to present themselves to the police and to the interdiction of the prohibition of the exercise of the profession, against the six women. The babies, many of whom were just learning to walk, would be pelted with small objects to see them fall and then mocked. The suspects, according to what was reported by the Carabinieri of the Milan provincial command “screamed at the children also using scurrilous expressions or slammed them on the ground to force them to sit or woke them up by standing them up by abruptly lifting them from the sides”.
