Sumatran voice – Tragically experienced by Budi Herman Tanjung (40), a grilled fish trader on Jalan Denai Medan. His stall was stoned by a number of people.
The victim did not accept it and was assisted by three other people in pursuit of the person suspected of throwing the grilled fish stall.
The chase lasted up to the Mandala Housing Complex, Percut Sei Tuan District. When they got there, the argument escalated until finally the victim was beaten and hacked.
“The victim suffered a stab wound to the head and was taken to the Hajj Hospital for treatment and then referred to the Pirngadi Hospital,” said the Head of the Perut Police Sei Tuan Kompol M Agustiawan, Wednesday (18/1/2023).

The police who received information then went down to the location to conduct crime scene analysis and further investigation.
Officers have arrested six people suspected of assault. Currently they are still conducting inspections to find out their respective roles.
“The six are still undergoing examination,” he said.
From them the evidence was confiscated 1 stone, 1 crowbar and 1 knife.
