There is no doubt that one of the most popular elements in current merchandising is that of the Funko Pop figures.
Today there are many collections of figures based on series, movies, comics and video games that have been launched on the market, being completely impossible to get hold of each and every one of them.
This series sounds like me! Nostalgic series that revive now
However, despite there being so many figures on the market, there are certain characters that, for some reason, still do not have their own Funko Pop, even though they are characters that are very loved by their fans.
Today, at Hobby Consoles, we collect these 6 figures of which we want, or rather need, a Funko doll.
CONAN EDOGAWA (DETECTIVE CONAN)
It seems a lie that with so many anime characters in Funko version, we still don’t have a Conan Edogawa figurethe little detective protagonist of the popular series Detective Conan.
His true identity is that of Shinichi Kudo, a high school student who is quite a brilliant detective who has helped the police solve the most complicated cases.
One day, investigating some mysterious men in black, they make him ingest an experimental poison, leaving him for dead. But the poison doesn’t kill him, it turns him into a 7-year-old boy.
Under the identity of Conan Edogawa, Shinichi will have to locate the men in black and find an antidote that will restore his body. while living in the house of his partner Ran Mouri, helping his inept father Kogoro Mouri to become a prestigious detective. This is our review of Detective Conan: The Bride of Halloween, the most recent film in the franchise.
While there are a few Funko Pop figures of the Friends main characters (some so rare they’re worth a buck), there aren’t any of their supporting characters yet, and there are a few Friends characters that should have a Funko Pop.
But if there is a character that we need to have a Funko doll, that is without a doubt Janiceconsidered by many to be one of the best supporting characters on Friends.
If you like series like Friends, The Sopranos or Game of Thrones, HBO Max has these and many more in its catalog.
Played by actress Maggie Wheeler, Janice began the series as Chandler’s annoying girlfriend in a curious back-and-forth relationship.
As the character enchanted among the fans, Janice ended up having an appearance at least once a season, where our friends ended up finding her in the most unexpected situations.propitiating moments of the funniest.
GREGORY HOUSE (HOUSE)
Another of the characters that should have a Funko is Gregory House, the main character of the already iconic series House who embodied a brilliant Hugh Laurie throughout its eight seasons.
Doing a “Sherlock Holmes of medicine”, House is in charge of directing the diagnostic department at Princeton-Plainsboro Hospital where, together with his team, they try to find the solution to the rarest diseases before they end the lives of their patients.
His cantankerous personality and his negative outlook on life and society made House one of the most acclaimed and beloved characters by the public, so it is very strange that at this point he still does not have a Funko Pop that many would undoubtedly collect.
TINTIN (THE ADVENTURES OF TINTIN)
An absolute classic, The Adventures of Tintin is an animated series based on the comics created by Hergé whose plot follows Tintin, a reporter who gets involved in many dangerous adventures.
His main occupation is to travel around the world accompanied by his inseparable dog Snowy in order to confront the forces of evil to protect the weak and the oppressed and quench his inexhaustible thirst for adventure.
Hergé’s creation is without a doubt one of the best-known and most beloved fictional characters in the world and today he continues to inspire each new generation with his boldness, his ingenuity and the universal values he represents.
That is why it is quite strange that Tintin has never had his own Funko Pop figure, being such a popular and beloved character as he is. Will a Tintin figure end up coming out with his faithful friend Milú? Time will tell.
RICHARD CASTLE (CASTLE)
Following with the figures that should have a Funko doll we find Richard Castle, the protagonist of the fun intrigue series Castle that played the great Nathan Fillion throughout its eight seasons.
The plot begins with Richard Castle, a famous writer of mystery novels, who finds himself involved in a serial murder case whose criminal is dedicated to reproducing the crimes that Castle describes in his works.
Once the case is resolved, Castle becomes fascinated with detective Kate Beckett and, pulling strings with his friend the mayor, ends up collaborating as an adviser to the New York Police Department to follow Beckett and get ideas for his new character..
MANJIRO “MIKEY” SANO (TOKYO REVENGERS)
Without a doubt, the manga of the moment deserves to have a collection of Funko Pop figures of its characters, and Tokyo Revengers has a few that are very loved by the public.
Among all of them, without a doubt the Funko that we need is the one from Manjiro Sano, better known as Mikey, the leader of the Tokyo Manji gang gang who in the future will become a ruthless murderer at the head of a criminal organization.

When he discovers his ability to travel twelve years back in time, Takemichi Hanagaki, a 26-year-old who was part of the Tokyo Manji as a teenager and fled in terror, must take courage and travel to the past to climb the ranks in the gang and thus prevent Mikey falls into darkness and save his girlfriend Hinata Tachibana from the dark fate that awaits him.
As the series is recent, it may be a matter of time before both Mikey and the rest of the Tokyo Avengers characters end up having their own Funko figure. You will have to arm yourself with patience.
