“Let’s not allow lies to prevail,” says Boric on plebiscite in Chile
The president of Chile, the leftist Gabriel Boric, appealed last Thursday to fight against misinformation about the content of the draft of the new Constitution, which will be submitted to a plebiscite on September 4.
“Let’s not allow lies to prevail. Here we have heard many times things that have nothing to do with reality. That is why it is important that people know the text, that they can compare it with what is today and the proposal, if they want a change or prefer to continue with the current Constitution,” said the president.
