Bfc Media, revenues up (+ 7.5%) in the first half: Iervolino aims at 18 million targets
The Bfc Media from Iervolino continues to grow. The Board of Directors of the publishing group has announced the preliminary figures for the first half of the year. Consolidated revenues reached 9.1 million euros, against 8.5 in first semester in 2021, with a growth of + 7.5%.
The result, underlines a press release issued by the group founded by Denis Masetti and controlled by the entrepreneur Danilo Iervolino, “Exceeds the objectives set in the business plan and allows us to confirm the annual target for 2022, set at 18 million euros in consolidated revenues, with great confidence”. As of June 30, the securities of BFC Media at the Milan Stock Exchange they marked an increase of 26% compared to the prices at the beginning of the year.
In the first half consolidated EBITDA exceeded 1.3 million euros, in line with the business plan, which in 2022 provides for a gross operating margin of 2.5 million euros.
The Board also appointed Margherita Revelli Caracciolo as new member of the Board of Directors, and new Independent Director of the Company, replacing Paola Picilliwho resigned on 5 July.
