Hacendado’s salmorejo returns to Mercadona after almost two months of absence, and is already one of the main stars of the summer.
Mercadona has a wide variety of products that we can buy both on its shelves and online, products that are already part of our lives, but from time to time, due to different circumstances, many of them end up disappearing from the shelvessometimes for no reason.
And that happened exactly two months ago, when Mercadona withdrew the Hacendado salmorejo from its shelves, specifically the Cordovan-style salmorejo that seemed to no longer be available this summer.
At that time, many of the customers complained to Mercadona about the withdrawal of the product, and yet the company did not give an apparent reason and only limited itself to answering that they no longer had said product and that we should look for other types of alternatives.
Good afternoon, Tina. During this month we will have Salmorejo again in our stores. Greetings.

But in recent days, and without any kind of announcement from Mercadona, This Cordoba-style salmorejo from the Hacendado brand has been available again that is so successful, and now we have it both in bricks of 1 to 1.70 euros, as well as in three mini briks at 330 ml, at 1.95 euros per pack.
This is welcome news for lovers of salmorejo, especially now that we are experiencing abnormally high temperatures and where this type of food is often consumed on many occasions, especially at mealtimes.
The reason why Mercadona originally withdrew the Hacendado salmorejo is unknown, but it is likely due to some kind of specific agreement with the supplier or a slight change in the recipe.
