Tonight it has been announced that in a meeting of spokespersons, the congressmen approved exonerating the opinion of the Constitution Commission with respect to Law 1522, in this way they seek to bring to debate in the Plenary as soon as possible the bill that proposes to repeal the partial elimination of labor outsourcing.
It is noteworthy that the 16 members of the Peru Libre caucus sign in favor, so everything indicates that they will vote in favor of repealing the supreme decree that seeks in practice to improve the conditions of workers and that their rights are respected.
Along with this bloc, Fuerza Popular (24), Acción Popular (15), Alianza por el Progreso (14), Avanza País (10), among others, also signed.

As recalled, Supreme Decree 001-2022-TR, which seeks the partial elimination of labor outsourcing, was signed by Betssy Chávez when she was Minister of Labor and Employment Promotion and by President Pedro Castillo, in February of this year.
“The norm has been promoted by the Ministry (of Labor and Employment Promotion) and that has been suggested by the union organizations, which is the non-application of outsourcing in the company’s nuclear activity”, declared Juan Lira, current minister of Labor with respect to the proposal of the Congress.
For his part, Julio César Bazán, president of the CUT-Peru, told this outlet that with this proposal, Congress seeks to unprotect the workers who have been affected by these bad business practices, of outsourcing to disregard the rights of workers.
