Ubisoft announces a version for iOS and Android devices of ‘The Division’, its popular franchise based on the work of Tom Clancy, and that after his time on desktop consoles, he will present new stories and mechanics in ‘Resurgence’, completely adapted to mobiles. Registration for the first tests is now open on the game’s website.
Perhaps the most ambitious thing to highlight about this new release, apart from its free format, is the open world it proposes: Ubisoft talks about a very detailed urban environment and a series of PvE modes, ranging from missions that follow the game’s plot ( independent of what has been seen on consoles) to missions based on the original game modes.
‘Resurgence’ sends us to a post-Crisis New York that we saw in the previous two games, and we will have the opportunity to be part of a first wave of agents that are part of the so-called National Strategic Division. Within it we will face enemy factions and we will have the opportunity to get to know the characters and their teammates in detail.
As always in the saga, the role-playing component will be very accentuated, with level improvements that will help to refine the equipment and raise skills, unlocking specializations with different weapons and other elements that will modify the combat conditions. According to Ubisoft, the strategic component is accentuated, and the game is fully optimized for mobile devices.
