Elden Ring is a very difficult game, even for those who are fans of souls type titles, something that we recently demonstrated with the example of Twitch streamer and American reality personality DanGheesling, who has been trying to defeat Malenia during his broadcasts live, dying thousands of times in a row.
But showing a persistence seen in few players and after several hours and days of streams trying to defeat one of the most difficult bosses in Elden Ring, DanGheesling finally won the battle, after 2,999 attempts.
As you can see in the clip where the epic moment has been saved forever, shouting: “I told you! It’s over, it’s over! Ooh, it’s over. I said it’s not going to be 3000 Oh chat, it’s over! Now please finish! Please! This is all chat. This is it, we did our job. This is all! This is all. This is all. Come on, 3,000… it’s not going to be 3,000 attempts.”
A moment that shows that despite being more difficult than most current games, it is possible to pass certain stages and bosses with effort, which also reminds us of the words of Hidetaka Miyazaki, director behind Elden Ring, who indicated that: “I just want as many players as possible to experience the joy that comes from overcoming difficulties.”
