We Dutch are certainly not known as the most generous people in the world. Frugal as we are, we prefer not to spend too much money, for which we want to get a lot in return. And that’s exactly what this product test is all about: what do these eight pairs of all-round gloves offer, with a price tag of under a hundred euros?
To get straight to the point; none of them score a ‘very good’ in this test. How come? For example, due to the ventilating properties, which can be improved for almost the entire field. But for gloves of less than a hundred euros, they also do many things well. For example, most gloves make it easy and pleasant to put on and take off, and some even have a visor wiper or a touchscreen-friendly fingertip. But how is it tested? Of course in practice, on both secondary and motorways. The waterproofness of the gloves was also put to the test, the knuckle protectors tested for shock absorption, and a critical look was taken at the construction and manufacturing of the gloves.
What is the result of all those tests at the end of the ride? Of course you can read that in MotoPlus 13/2022!
