At the beginning of this 2022, we told you about a campaign called “The Legacy of Tomiii11”, which remembered the late YouTuber Tomás Blanch, better known as Tomiii11, which was launched by the Fundación Nuestros Hijos, within the framework of the International Day of the Cancer Infantil, which shares stories of 11 children with cancer who belong to its foundation, so that they continue Tomiii11’s legacy, encouraging them to become youtubers, in the same place where Tomás was able to fulfill his dream.

And during this week, it was learned that this campaign was among the 140 Ibero-American finalists of the 2022 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, an international event that rewards those who work in the areas of design, marketing, advertising and public relations, in which it has finally obtained a bronze Lion for Fundación Nuestros Hijos and BBDO Chile, in the Health & Wellness category.
Before this result, Sebastián Vega, Creative Director of BBDO Chile, had indicated that they were very happy to be finalists in Cannes Lions, thanking Tomi’s family and the team with whom they made this campaign.
News that will surely make those who still fondly remember Tomiii11 very happy, who unfortunately left us on August 30, 2021, leaving a legacy of good vibes and love, being a child much loved by millions of people around the world.
