Both Bram and Francis stole the hearts of the public in the season in which he and she participated. Bram eventually finished second in the summer of 2021, while Francis finished third in the summer of 2020.
Other candidates participating in the extra season of De Slimste Mens are Owen Schumacher, Nynke de Jong, Klaas Dijkhoff, Khalid Kasem, Andries Tunru, Jeroen Kijk in de Vegte and Stefano Keizers.
In honor of the twentieth season of De Slimste Mens, KRO-NCRV is broadcasting not one, but two series of the popular knowledge quiz. In addition to the regular episodes, there will also be a special online series, in which the sixteen former finalists will compete against each other.
Unlike in the regular series, in De Slimste Mens: All Stars four candidates per episode play against each other, instead of three. The winner of each episode will receive a spot in the final on Friday, August 19. The first episode of the five-part series will appear on NPO Start from 22 July.
