Talkwalker, the world’s number one Consumer Intelligence platform, wrote the classification “Love Brands 2022”, Which measures the ability and dedication of brands to establish a real emotional relationship with their consumers.
To determine what Love Brands 2022 are, Talkwalker created the “Brand Love Index”, consisting of three equally weighted scores:
Passion: measures the extreme passion, positive or negative, towards a reality Satisfaction: measures the level of satisfaction of the target customers considering the reviews and identified customers Trust: measures the level of trust between the consumer and the brand.
The research, developed using Talkwalker’s Consumer Intelligence Acceleration Platform, in conjunction with Hootsuite, analyzed 1,500 brands in different countries of the world, for a total of 2.6 billion conversations (July 2021 – March 2022) on social media, news, blogs, forums and other interaction channels. Downstream of the process, Talkwalker generated the Top50 world ranking and the Top 10 of the countries, including Italy, in which the survey was conducted.
From this research it emerged that the most loved brand in Italy in 2022 is Aprilia. Behind the Noale manufacturer Abarth (Stellantis) and Illy (Illycaffé) are in third place. In the ranking also fashion brands such as Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino and Gucci. In the top ten also Zoom, which the Italians have come to know especially during the pandemic, IKEA and LEGO.
