Shadows of Rose returns to the classic survival horror series.
Announced just a few days ago in the Capcom Showcase, shades of rose is the first story content expansion for Resident Evil Village. This new adventure will star Rose Winters, daughter of Ethan Winters, and will take place 16 years after the events of the base game. According to Capcom itself, also it will be much more difficult than the original game.
Resident Evil Village can boast of having some of the most disturbing settings from the latest installments of the series, such as the Dimitrescu Castle or the Beneviento Mansion, but difficult, what is said difficult, it was not too much. From what could be seen in the presentation trailer for Shadows of Rose, the story revolves around Rose Winters, who decides return to Dimitrescu Castle to uncover the secrets surrounding his father’s death. Rose seems to live tormented by being “different” from the rest, so she will fight against new threats to discover the truth.

Shadows of Rose will arrive alongside Resident Evil Village Gold Edition next October 28 for PlayStation, Xbox and PC consoles. This version of the game also includes new content for the Mercenary mode and some new features for the base game, such as the possibility of play Resident Evil Village in the third person. All of this, except the expansion, will come for free to players who already have the game.
