Speculation about Sadio Mane’s future with Liverpool has been under high scrutiny. The player who plays as a winger is believed to be leaving Bayern Munich soon. Mane also several times expressed his desire to leave the Reds.
The two clubs have met several times in the context of negotiations. Two offers made by Bayern have been rejected by Liverpool. The Reds management remains firm with the valuation they set for Sadio Mane. The arrivals of Fabio Carvalho, Luis Diaz, and Darwin Nunez are seen as adequate replacements.
According to reports from Sky Sports, Bayern Munich are believed to be ready to meet the valuation set for Sadio Mane. Bayern will pay 42.5 million pounds to bring in the player from Senegal. The 30-year-old player will be released with a relatively high value considering his contract will expire in 30 years.
Bayern have also reached a verbal agreement with Mane. Offers worth £25 million and £23.5 million which could reach £30 million were rejected by Liverpool. The Anfield club are not bothered by Bayern’s comments that they are charging £20 million for Thiago Alcantara.
Liverpool want to profit from the sale of Sadio Mane. They signed him from Southampton in 2016 for a fee of 34 million pounds.
