Martina Giuffrida and Gaetano Berardinelli acquitted because the fact does not constitute a crime
Without a shadow of a doubt, most people know Martina Giuffrida for being a former competitor of Men and Women. Long ago the woman got married to Gaetano Berardinelli but without paying the cost of the entire wedding. In light of this, the hotelier denounced him but now the sentence has come: both are acquitted. Let’s find out what happened in detail.
Martina Giuffrida and Gaetano Berardinelli were acquitted as the fact does not constitute a crime. This means that the complaint it should not have been of a criminal nature but should have sought damages in civil office.
The hotelier had sued the spouses and filed a complaint on charges of insolvency fraud. The well-known entrepreneur was defended by the lawyer Stefania Grisi. Gaetano said to himself fulfilled of the sentence issued by the judge, quoting a Latin phrase. These were his words:

Currently the Court of Appeal put an end to the affair from a criminal point of view. Now it will be only the hotelier who decides if he wants to continue his battle in civil law.

The former competitor of the program led by Maria De Filippi and Gaetano Berardinelli got married celebrating twice.
