A quarter of young people have already driven without a driver’s license

Getting behind the wheel of a car without a driver’s license is dangerous, irresponsible and, moreover, it can have major consequences if things go wrong. Yet that did not stop a quarter of young people between the ages of 14 and 24 from ever doing it.
