ROME, MAY 29 – There will be no referendum for the annexation of the occupied Ukrainian region of Kherson to Russia until the fighting ceases; said the deputy civilian-military chief of the Moscow-appointed administration, Kirill Stremousov, according to the Guardian. “We will announce later when some sort of vote or plebiscite will take place, but it will not be today and it will not be tomorrow because our main task is to restore order and organize an administrative system in the Kherson region,” explained Stremousov.
