Since the end of last year, when she broke up with Globo, Camila Pitanga’s life is full of news. Her work as an actress pushed the boundaries of acting and she took on the role of executive producer at HBO Max.
“I left the house that created me and gave me a backbone. I have a lot of appreciation, but now I’m creating a space where I no longer have the exclusivity regime that closed me in. Nothing prevents me from doing a soap opera again”, says the guest of this episode. from “Teresa’s Botequim”.

“The productions came from outside the country. But that has changed. There are women authors, directors and producers for genuinely Brazilian films and series, from comedy to drama.”
One of the projects that Camila is leading is in honor of Iemanjá: “it is high time we talk about our myths in a contemporary language”.
On the show, the friends still talk about family, the eternal character Bebel, from the soap opera “Paraíso Tropical” and the dawn of her career:
I don’t give up my work, to undertake my ideas and surround myself with people who bet on my creative character”.
