V Rising, the new survival game that is making waves, has sold 1 million copies in its first week as Early Access.
This Wednesday, Stunlock the studio behind the game thanked their fans in Twitter, for helping the game reach a major sales milestone: “1,000,000 vampires have risen from their sleep! Thank you all for being part of this achievement!” the studio tweeted.
V Rising is an open world vampire survival game and uses an isometric camera, the game gives players the ability to customize their own vampire and create a base.
The game’s description on Steam reads: “Awaken as a vampire. Search nearby settlements for blood to regain your strength and dodge the scorching sun to survive. Build your castle and prosper in an ever-changing open world full of mystery. Win allies online and conquer the land of the living.”
V Rising is in Early Access and is worth 7,700 CLP on Steam. It is not known when the game will reach version 1.0 and come out of early access, but for now that has not been an impediment to being a success.
