Carlos Sainz is disappointed the one who comments after the race of the Spanish GP. The Spaniard admitted that there is still more to be done for him in understanding F1-75, which in this race, net of the power unit problem that left Leclerc on foot, showed an improvement that he was unable to express. Already at the start Carlos remained more planted on the grid, losing a couple of positions. Then in the race a spin that compromised the rest of the GP. In the end, a fourth place arrived that does not console.
difficult start
–
“At the start it was a difficult start – he said – I probably did something wrong in the procedure. Then I tried to recover and maybe a gust of wind gave me away in turn 4, I spun and ended up in the gravel. From that moment on the car was not more the same, I had problems with loading because the bottom was damaged and I couldn’t thorn especially in the fast corners. In the end I finished fourth, it wasn’t what we wanted, but at least they are some points. ”
at work with technicians

Then Sainz went into the analysis of the problems: “I can’t be completely happy despite the growth of the machine on a personal level because as you can see from the outside I’m struggling with the machine, it’s very difficult for me to exploit the potential, I can’t manage to exploit it as I would like and as it did last year, when I was very strong. I’m working on it with engineers and the team. Too bad for Charles, he could win and stretch in the championship. At the beginning the Red Bull people had problems, now we, I think that it will be an alternation all year round “.
