LONDON, 25 MAY – Volkswagen has agreed to pay 193 million pounds (226 million euros) to more than 90,000 British motorists to close the UK legal dispute over the ‘dieselgate’. Owners of diesel vehicles from the German group, including models from VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda, took legal action seven years ago following revelations regarding the emissions testing scandal.
