A car blocked by mud in 2019 in Liguria
This is 785,000 euros from the Ministry of Agricultural Policies and 90,000 euros of resources from the Liguria Region
Genoa – These amount to a total of 874 thousand euros the resources obtained from 61 Ligurian farms for the damage suffered by heavy rains and gale force winds in autumn 2019.
This is 785,000 euros from the Ministry of Agricultural Policies and 90,000 euros of resources from the Liguria Region.
The allocation was made official today with a council resolution. “It is very important for the Ligurian productive fabric to see the state of natural disaster recognized by the ministry with the consequent transfer of funds that the Liguria Region deemed necessary to integrate, drawing on previous cost savings, in order to be able to commit the entire amount necessary to refreshment of each individual beneficiary, as promptly estimated by the regional agricultural inspectorate “, comments the vice president and regional councilor for agriculture, Alessandro Piana.
In the meantime, he adds, “we are working more and more on prevention, where possible, as well as on promoting and strengthening the agri-environmental measures of the Rural Development Program”.
