Pep Guardiola’s success during his time in charge of Manchester City made Paris Saint-Germain reportedly interested. PSG is said to be making an offer to Guardiola next year.
As reported by Football Espana, Guardiola’s contract with Man City will expire in 2023. PSG will try to use the remaining year of Guardiola’s contract to tempt him to turn to Paris.
The existence of Kylian Mbappe, who has just signed a new contract with PSG, could be a factor that Guardiola is considering changing clubs. For PSG itself, Guardiola will help them achieve their main target, namely winning in Europe.
In addition to successfully securing Mbappe, PSG are indeed improving their management a little. PSG’s sporting director, Leonardo, is likely to leave and be replaced by Luis Campos.
The current PSG coach, Mauricio Pochettino is also rumored to be leaving the team this summer. So far it is not known who will replace Pochettino if he really leaves.
