What has been hinted at for a long time is now almost fixed: According to consistent reports from England, France and Spain, Kylian Mbappe has agreed on a new three-year contract with Paris Saint-Germain.
Mbappe was previously Real Madrid’s absolute dream player, last winter the Frenchman really wanted to force a move to his dream club. That’s why he has now communicated his surprising rejection personally on the phone to Real President Florentino Perez.
There is no official confirmation of the contract extension, but La Liga boss Javier Tebas could not contain his criticism of the deal. According to the 59-year-old, the financially massive contract Mbappe will receive is an ‘insult to football’.
What PSG is going to do by renewing Mbappé with large amounts of money (to know where and how he pays them) after losing €700M in recent seasons and having more than €600M in wages, is an INSULT to football. Al-Khelafi is as dangerous as the Super League. pic.twitter.com/sZ1Y1TaSbK

We will probably never know the exact numbers in the new Mbappe contract, but the Spanish press in particular is already talking about gigantic sums: a signing bonus of 300 million euros, over 100 million euros as an annual salary and decision-making power in personnel decisions Club.
PSG will officially comment on Mbappe this Saturday evening.
