The eagerness with which Kia and Hyundai develop into serious players in the field of electric cars is reminiscent of the way they sank their teeth into the European car market in the 1990s. The first batch of dedicated EVs from the Koreans are populating the Dutch road network in increasing numbers, but there is much more in the pipeline.
