His name was Mihai Enache and he was a 29-year-old dad who wanted to recover used clothes for his little girl
Tragedy in Mestre, a town in the municipality of Venice. Mihai Enache, a 29-year-old dad, died after getting stuck in the used clothes dumpster. He wanted to recover his daughter clothes. A desperation of him, which unfortunately cost him his life.
Initially, the news spread that it was a homeless. But after the investigation, the police were able to identify the man. Mihai Enache had moved to Italy and found a job in port yards. His wife and daughter were due to join him shortly.
An unstable job, which did not allow him to buy new clothes for her little girl. So, the 29-year-old father tried to collect them in the dumpster of used clothing located in via Spalti.
The tragedy occurred around midnight on 12 May last. The dumpster mechanism has it crushed and for the 29-year-old there was nothing to do. An accident that upset friends and relatives, who left candles and flowers near that dumpster, to pay homage to his memory.
Investigators are still investigating the dramatic affair and are trying to rebuild the last moments of the young dad’s life, thanks to the video of cameras in the areawhich would have filmed everything in the distance.
The suspicions concern the possible presence of another person. The video would show someone else’s shadow hovering around the dumpster. It could therefore be failure to rescue.
The harrowing images would show Mihai Enache wandering around the used clothing bin with a flashlight. After various attemptsmanages to enter the mechanism, unfortunately finding his death at the age of 29.
There are many people who have clung to the pain of the man’s family, who arrived in Italy to look for one better life to give to his wife and daughter. But that job still didn’t allow him to have a decent life and he needed clothes for his little girl.
