Now that the group stage of the Mid-Season Invitational 2022 is over, it’s time to turn our full attention to what will be the Rumble stage, in which the top 6 teams in the tournament will compete against each other in search of a ticket to the playoffs.
That said, Riot Games has released the schedules for each of the games that we can enjoy starting on May 20, with the Busan Convention and Exhibition Center being the new venue for the remainder of the tournament.
Unlike the previous phase, here all qualified squads will face each other in a single group in a double round robin format. Due to this, each day of competition will have a total of 6 games prepared for us per day, in which the action will be at the limit from minute 1.
The champions of Europe and Korea will open the Rumble at the highest level
To kick off the Rumble, fans will be able to enjoy a duel with a lot of narrative and even pride at stake, with the G2 Esports squad facing T1 in their own home.
This duel between the champions of the LEC and LCK has a great background in international tournaments, as the Europeans are the kryptonite of the South Korean squad in the last major events, so tension is expected to be present in the arena as soon as it begins the battle.
Without further ado, here we leave you with the complete itinerary of the Rumble phase of MSI 2022. The times will be shown with respect to the time of central Mexico.
