Russia-Ukraine war, EU agreement: Italy forced to sell its gas

The EU Council and the European Parliament reached an agreement yesterday. The norm establishes some obligations relating to minimum fillto the so-called solidarity and the certification of subjects operating in the sector. The regulation fixes in 80% the minimum of gas stocks that each state must keep until March 2023 and al 90% starting from April from next year.
