The next-gen version of The Witcher 3 will arrive in the fourth quarter of 2022Luckily, we already have a new release window for The Witcher 3 on the new generation of consoles. As explained by CD Projekt RED on Twitter, Geralt de Rivia will visit Xbox Series and PS5 in the fourth quarter of 2022. Therefore, it seems that we will have to wait a few extra months to experience one of the most successful adventures in the sector in the next-gen.
A few weeks ago, CD Projekt RED delayed the release of this version because “i needed more time“To finish polishing the experience in the new generation. Apparently, the developer will continue to optimize the adventure for a few more months, although everything indicates that we will be able to enjoy it at the end of this year.
It should be noted that CD Projekt RED is also involved in other projects related to the franchise of The Witcher. We are talking about a new installment that, although it has not been confirmed as The Witcher 4, has already encouraged all fans of the Andrzej Sapkowski saga.
