In 2018, Ben Brode and Hamilton Chu, who were among the main minds behind the first era of Hearthstone, announced that they have left Blizzard Entertainment to found Second Dinner, a new studio. Now, 4 years after its foundation, the company announced its first game: Marvel Snapa collaboration with Marvel.
Marvel Snap It will be a card game that seeks to reinterpret many of the bases that games like Hearthstone have put into the world of digital charts. It will do this by offering 3-minute matches that both players can participate in simultaneously, which is a huge leap from turn-based battles.
Another characteristic element of Marvel Snap it will be a mechanic called snap. This is a system that allows players to wager their ranked match points if they feel confident of a win.
As you can imagine, the letters of Marvel Snap they will be characters from the rich multiverse of Marvel Comics. Keep in mind that this will be a free-to-play project where you can get all the cards for free just by playing. Thus, the developers will earn money mainly from cosmetic items, although the possibility of selling card packs is not ruled out either.

It is expected that Marvel Snap will be available on iPhone, iPad, Android, and PC sometime in 2022. Note that there will be a Closed Beta on Android that you can sign up for now. You can learn more about this trial period on its official site.
