Eintracht Frankfurt wants to position itself even more broadly in the storm. After king transfer Randal Kolo Muani had already been bagged, the scouts now turn their attention to VfL Bochum.
If there’s a construction site in Frankfurt, then it’s a real snap! The SGE is excellently positioned around the sixteen, but too often a real executor is missing in the center. Randal Kolo Muani should provide relief. And possibly Sebastian Polter too!
The storm edge from VfL Bochum should be loud kicker stand in the sights of the eagle bearers. Especially with his physique and header power, Polter has qualities that head coach Oliver Glasner’s team are currently lacking.
Polter scored an impressive eleven goals and three assists in 36 games for VfL in the past season. His contract in the Ruhr area only runs until 2023, so the 31-year-old could become a bargain for Frankfurt.
What speaks for a polter farewell from Bochum is the VfL transfer from Philipp Hofmann; the striker coming from KSC has a similar profile to Polter and is likely to overtake the 31-year-old in Bochum.
