Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp has hit out at the UEFA Nations League. Klopp says the UEFA Nations League is the most ridiculous idea in the world of football, with friendly matches between European teams under one umbrella.
This is not the first time Klopp has criticized UEFA. Klopp had previously criticized UEFA for giving only 20,000 tickets to both teams in the Champions League final. In an interview with the UEFA chief, Klopp said that 93 per cent of the revenue from the Champions League comes from clubs.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has urged UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin to ditch the “ridiculous” Nations League.

“I still think this is one of the most ridiculous ideas in football. By the end of the season, every player has to play 70 games, including sixty – three or sixty – four clubs and international games. It’s not right to go straight to 75.”
“We fit into the Nations League tournament because we have to play it when there are no other tournaments. Nobody cares we play four or five or six games with the national team.”
“That’s why I say UEFA should take more money from the Champions League and avoid the Nations League. That’s my solution, and give the fans more tickets.” Klopp talking to the media Said.
Klopp said he had not received any information on the matter but that his opinion was the same. Klopp said he was unaware of UEFA’s claims that clubs receive 93 percent of the revenue when fans are asked to pay more.
