Also supported by the rally in US prices, the European stock exchanges ended the week in the name of gains. On the Ftse Mib, which today stopped at 24,048.29 points (+ 2.05%), the performances of DiaSorin (+ 6.39%), Amplifon (+ 5.97%) and Stmicroelectronics (+6) stand out in particular , 03%).
With regard to the latter two, Amplifon was prompted by the announcement of the new program for the purchase of own shares up to 10% of the share capital while Stm also today moved in the wake of the estimates on turnover (presented in yesterday’s session).
With Brent growing by more than 3% to $ 110.9 a barrel, Saipem posted + 9.29%, Tenaris rose 3.76% and Eni gained 2.13%. Telecom Italia also did well (+ 1.5%) after the commercial agreement with Open Fiber in the white areas.
Last position on the blue chip basket for Unipol shares (-8.25%): the company closed the first quarter with a net profit of 246 million, -31.7% compared to 12 months earlier and announced that for the three-year period 2022-2024 a total consolidated net profit of 2.3 billion euros is expected. Cumulative dividends should instead amount to 750 million.
