Genoa – Banca Carige has signed a contract with Affide (Custody of the value-credit on pledge of the Dorotheum group) for the transfer of the pledge credit business of the parent company and of the Banca del Monte di Lucca. The operation is part of the Carige Group’s focus actions on its core activities, with the consequent exit from a business whose optimal development – a note reads – can be more effectively pursued by a specialized subject.
