In total, the positivity found from 27 December to 10 May rose to 117
Turin – Three new cases of swine fever African between Piedmont and Liguria. The Experimental Zooprophylactic Institute Piedmont Liguria Valle d’Aosta ascertained them by analyzing biological samples of dead wild boars.
Specifically, they are two cases were found in Piedmontin Serravalle Scrivia (third since the emergency began) and in Vignole Borbera (first case), while in Liguria a case was found in Ronco Scrivia (this is the eighth case in the area).
The positivity found from 27 December to 10 May thus rose in total to 117: 71 for positivity in Piedmont, 46 for positivity in Liguria.
