The painful agony of the chef from Bari it had started late in the evening of last Tuesday 3 May. He had just finished his shift in a restaurant and was riding his motorcycle back to his home to his wife and children.

He loved to keep up to date. In the evening when she came home she did not sleep because she had to analyze the dishes and every day she offered us new samples. He was at the forefront, respected by all. A wonderful person. We are all destroyed.
