NEW YORK, MAY 05 – Elon Musk reveals he has raised $ 7.14 billion to fund his Twitter acquisition. Investors are Oracle founder Larry Ellison, cryptocurrency platform Binance and asset management firms Fidelity, Brookfield and Sequoia Capital. Tesla’s boss is also in talks with Jack Dorsey, the founder of Twitter, to raise additional funds: Musk intends to give current shareholders the option to contribute their shares to the operation.
